App J: End Times PowerPoint Presentation

This study on the Second Coming of Jesus, and the end time events leading up to it,  has been created in PowerPoint format. This Powerpoint study is presented here as a series of PDF sessions, due to website size limitations and transportability reasons. Unfortunately all the step by step text sequential information flow is lost on a PDF.

For a brief revelation refresher, click 1a – SUMMARY of REVELATION (nb: chapter 2 & 3 is a separate study)

In the study format, note the strong emphasis placed on Jesus’ words, which are considered foundational to any end-time study. These are Jesus’ teachings in Matthew 24, Luke 17 & 21 and Mark 13. These words from our Saviour must form the basis of any further prophetic end time interpretations, and be consistent therewith.

For this reason the ‘Olivet’ passages are presented side-by-side as a separate study, to demonstrate consistency. When reading these, note that in Matthew and Mark, Jesus delivered these teachings from the Mount of Olives, sitting down on the mountain with His disciples at the end of the day;  but not in Luke, where He delivered a similar teaching earlier that day while still in Jerusalem, in amongst the crowd at the temple. However, even though preached at two different locations, and even though Matthew, Mark and Luke used different words in places, as one would expect from different authors, Jesus’ preaching still forms a consistent whole.

This may also be noticed with most of Jesus’s other teachings, such as the sermon on the mount, where He elsewhere delivers very similar, but not identical, sermons as he travelled through the various parts of Israel.

As mentioned, the above PDF’s may not be the most user-friendly format for group presentations, compared to a Powerpoint file.  We recommend requesting the PowerPoint file by email (anko.griffioen@gmail.com). The PDF format of the above ‘presentations’ loses the PowerPoint text ‘fly-in’s, ‘text appear and disappear’, and other helpful presentation tools, i.e. loses the step-by-step animated ‘feel’.
